TECON SALVADOR - GATE IN SCHEDULING


Dear Customer,


We would like to inform that, in order to ease and speed up the gate in process at Salvador Port (Tecon Salvador), a web system is now available enabling shippers to schedule cargo delivery for export.

This new procedure is going to be effective as from November 21st, 2011.

The new rules are going to supersede the previous ones gradually; that means cargo delivery without scheduling will be accepted temporarily until new process is duly acknowledged.

In case of scheduling, cargo is going to be accepted in priority.

We would like to highlight that SHIPPER is responsible for fulfilling the requirements by informing the mandatory information to port terminal.

We would like to remind you that CMA CGM is attending Salvador Port through SAFRAN and PEX2.2 services on weekly sailings.
